VIDEO: the typhoon "Hagibis" fell upon Japan

On October 12 the typhoon "Hagibis" fell upon Japan — it call the most powerful for some decades. The typhoon moves on the Japanese archipelago from the southeast, more than four million inhabitants of 10 prefectures of the country, including the capital of Tokyo, received recommendations about evacuation, more than one million people already evacuated.
