Government of the Russian Federation approved the bill strengthening responsibility for illegal activity in the sphere of transportations of passengers by automobile transport and city land electric transport, is reported on a site of Cabinet of Ministers. It is specified that the right of pronouncement of the resolution on administrative punishment in the form of disqualification or confiscation of the vehicle offers to allocate court by modification of Federal law of the Russian Federation of 30 December 2001 No. 195-FZ "On the Code on Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation"...
