Russians told how cope with a stress

JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "VTSIOM" submitted data of research on resistance to stress of Russians. For the last nine years the share of the Russians declaring increased by 11% that stressful situations in their life practically never happen or happen seldom (29% in 2010 and 40% in 2019). Also from 52% to 35% the number of those who sometimes faces troubles and stresses was reduced. Thus the share of the Russians having a stress often changed slightly (15% in 2010 and 17% in 2019), and those who stays in it constantly – increased from 3% to 8%...
