A test for chronic alcoholism will be passed by Lipetsk drivers

The new rules approved by the order of Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, say that the drivers applying for receiving the rights, or the citizens, wishing to return themselves the rights after the deprivation expiration, will pass without fail a test for definition of a marker which indicates chronic alcoholism.
