The Kasli prosecutor's office of the Chelyabinsk region during check revealed violations of the anti-corruption legislation in administration of the Shaburovsky rural settlement. It is established that the head of the rural settlement in August, 2018 signed the municipal contract on performance of work on replacement of the window block and a window with a balcony door in the apartment which is not municipal property of the Shaburovsky rural settlement, and also carried out financing these works of 26 200 rubles provided by the municipal contract, at the expense of budgetary funds of the rural settlement...
