Ministry of Health intends to check future drivers on chronic alcoholism

Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation adopted the order which obliges acquiring the rights and returning them after deprivation of drivers to pass a test for chronic alcoholism. As specifies newspaper "Kommersant", the test has to show existence in blood of the marker testifying to chronic alcoholism. Now the direction for analysis is given only for a discretion of the doctor. At concentration of substances it is higher than 1,2%, future driver will go to a narcological clinic. The issue of delivery of the rights will be resolved with help "tool and laboratory researches"...
