Russian Federation will return soon the Ukrainian vessels, detained in the Strait of Kerch in November, 2018, declared chapter Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Vadim Pristayko. He did not call exact terms of return of the ships, but specified that negotiations on this question are "at a final stage"...
