State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation at plenary session on Thursday adopted in the second reading the bill of payment compensations to members of housing co-operatives (ZhSK), created during bankruptcy procedure builders. According to the document, the citizens which requirements were included earlier in the register of participants of constructions in the case of bankruptcy the builder will be able to count on compensation.
