From banks remove regional percent

The government has to eliminate the interregional transfers commissions in one bank, the prime minister Dmitry Medvedev demanded. Among the largest players this practice is applied now only by Public joint-stock company "Sberbank Russia". More than 90% of all money transfers are the share of it, and, despite promises at the beginning of a year, the commissions continue to be raised. The bill of their cancellation is agreed, but, experts are sure, it can be bypassed easily...
