Vladimir Putin arrived to Turkmenistan

President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin arrived Ashgabat, report news agencies. On Friday in the capital Turkmenistan will take place meeting of Council of heads of states Commonwealth of Independent States. Before the summit Vladimir Putin will hold negotiations with the president Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Myalikkulievich Berdymukhammedov, transfers information agency "ITAR-TASS". In Ashgabat plan to sign the declaration on strategic economic cooperation of the states Commonwealth of Independent States and the Convention on transfer of execution of the punishments which have not been connected with imprisonment.
