Komi Republic is in the lead on number of home telephone numbers in rural areas

The quantity of home telephone numbers to Russian Federation was strongly reduced over the last 10 years, follows from reports of Federal State Statistics Service. According to statistics, in 2008 280,4 home telephone numbers were the share of one thousand citizens. In 2018 this indicator decreased to 151,6 devices. 119,4 phones were the share of one thousand inhabitants of rural areas in 2008, and in 2018 — 78,8. The most large number of home telephone numbers is recorded at Muscovites — 245,7 devices on one thousand people of the population.
