Zhenis Makhmuduly Kasymbek is appointed by Akim Karaganda Region. Such decree was signed by President of Republic of Kazakhstan, Akorda's press service reports. Earlier the head of state Kasym-Zhomart Tokaev commented on personnel shifts in the country.
