Parties of system opposition, as well as "United Russia" Party, deal with inconsistent results of elections. On the one hand, protest vote more or less noticeable depending on the region allowed them to press the party in power, and here and there as in case from Liberal Democratic Party of Russia in Khabarovsk Territory, even to win over it a victory.
