Ministry of Health suggested to fine hospitals for low-quality treatment

Ministry of Health suggests to fine hospitals for the sum from 10 000 to 20 000 thousand rubles for low-quality treatment of Russians. It is planned to fine the state hospitals for rendering the treatment which is not corresponding to criteria of quality.
