To Kazakhstan do not allow to give coal

Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan accused Russian Federation that it actually sets quotas for export of their coal to Ukraine. These countries deliver the coal transit through Russian Federation which since June delivers coal to the country only on special permissions. In Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation consider a problem far-fetched, claiming that Kazakhstan all the same does not take out even the coordinated volumes.
