Specialists of companies "Avito" analysed amount of requests for purchase apartments in the different cities of Russian Federation and revealed, in what settlements people acquire housing more often than in others. Perm appeared on the ninth line of the turned-out rating. In a year interest to real estates in this city grew by 6,4% in spite of the fact that the housing rose in price for 9,4%: from 50,7 thousand rubles for square meter to 55,5 thousand rubles for square meter following the results of the first halves of the year 2018 and 2019 respectively.
