Public joint-stock company "Bank VTB" were changed by the minimum size of an initial contribution on the mortgage loans within the Victory over Formalities program. Now at a contribution of 30% of a project cost real estates the client can receive the decision on a mortgage on two documents. The special offer works till September 30, 2019. The Victory over Formalities program assumes registration the housing credits without income confirmation.
