The inhabitant of Tula stole souvenir books and disappeared

The 25-year-old inhabitant of Tula stole books and ran away from shop. Incident happened in Proletarsky rayon Tula. the 25-year-old local was in shopping center, came into book boutique and decided that he wants to leave itself(himself) some souvenir books. Having grabbed books, it ran out from shop. Police officers found out location of the suspect. Allegedly, the man is involved and in other similar thefts...
