A half of transport cards to Russian Federation will forbid to fill up with cash without identification

State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation adopted amendments to the law on national payment system which will come into force in August, 2020. According to them the ban of anonymous replenishment of electronic purses will be imposed.
