In the evening on August 15 in an inhabited apartment house on Rybinskaya Street in Sovetsky rayon Nizhny Novgorod there was a fire. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, hit of a lightning discharge became the reason, the department press service reports. The fire happened on the third floor of buildings.
