In Volgograd the owner forced to repair movie theater "Anniversary"

In Krasnoarmeysky rayon Volgograd the oldest movie theater "Anniversary" collapses on part. The deplorable condition of buildings which once was the area card, is visible to the naked eye. Here the roof, steps, a facade in deep cracks are destroyed, in many windows there are no glasses. Meanwhile, building, constructed in 1975, is included in the list of objects of a cultural heritage. As explained in prosecutor's office the region, "Anniversary" is subject to the state protection as a monument of history and culture of regional value...
