The Khabarovsk authorities limited movement of heavy trucks on highway to the settlement Mukhen

The governor of Khabarovsk Territory Sergei Ivanovich Furgal signed the order about restriction of movement of large-capacity cars on road to the settlement Mukhen Lazo district. The measure was taken for providing traffic safety. Current state of roads will not allow to pass to automobile cars, to vehicles with high passability. - Inspection showed that the roadbed of this route now is almost completely destroyed. It resulted from continuous movement on road timber carrying vessels, including during a rain when movement is not recommended...
