The festival of short cinema will "More shortly" begin on August 16 in Kaliningrad. For the seventh time in the capital of the most western region Russian Federation will collect 37 best pictures shot by the Russian directors. 11 movies will be presented in the out-of-competition program from the different countries, reports information agency "ITAR-TASS". The vast majority of competitive works will be for the first time shown on the big screen.
