Nizhny Novgorod. August 16. new information agency "NTA-Privolzhye" – the Lightning discharge allegedly became a cause of the fire in an apartment house on Rybinskaya Street in Nizhny Novgorod. According to a regional central board of Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergency Situations and the Relief of Natural Disasters, the message on ignition arrived on August 15 at 17:36. To the house on Rybinskaya Street rescue and fire fighting divisions quickly left. By the time of arrival of firemen two apartments burned. From buildings five residents were evacuated. It is reported that fire damaged property and internal finishing of placements on the area of 60 sq.m.
