Four persons suffered in road accidents near Yaroslavl

Early in the morning on August 16 to Yaroslavl Region there was a serious accident. Two cars met head-on in Rostov district. State of emergency happened approximately at 04:00 on the 196th kilometer of highways to "Holmogora's" M-8.
