The share of the oil and gas income budgets Russian Federation was reduced to 34,4%

In July surplus federal budgets increased to 3,5% of gross domestic product thanks to the proceeding growth of not oil and gas income. By data Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, in July, 2019 surplus federal budgets made 332 billion rubles, or 3,5% of gross domestic product. Thus the assessment of surplus budgets in January-June of the current year was raised to 1,70 trillion rub (3,3% of gross domestic product) in comparison with 1,56 trillion rub (3,1% of gross domestic product) about which it was reported earlier. As of August 1 the volume of National welfare fund was equal to 7,87 trillion rub against 4,04 trillion rub for January 1, 2019...
