About a half let out in Russian Federation transport cards since August, 2020 cannot be filled up with cash without identification of their owners. This consequence the accepted State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and Vladimir Putin amendments to the law on national payment systems (are published on August 2, 2019, come into force in a year after the publication)...
