Moscow, 16 Aug — information agency "RIA Novosti". The president public organizations "Collective protection" Amanliev Marat suggested to enter penalties for walking of dangerous dogs without muzzle. About it it is spoken in the letter which it sent to the speaker of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation to Vyacheslav Volodin, reports TV channel "RT". As Amanliev Marat writes, the law "About Animals Abuse" forbids to walk dangerous dogs without muzzle and a lead, but punishment for this violation still is not prescribed...
