Residents of Kostroma took gold at competition "The best cheese Russian Federation"

All for a victory in 12 nominations 141 cheese dairies fought. Results annual competitions "The best cheese of Russia-2019" became known. According to organizers, this year for a victory in 12 nominations fought 141 cheese dairies. Companies presented on court the international jury 482 samples of cheese. Soft curdled cheese in the form of a bagel from goat milks "Kabriol" from Andreyev, Kandyrina and Cheese cheese dairy from Moscow Region became the best cheese of Russia-2019. Also the jury noted production of producers in each of 12 nominations. So, in the nomination "Cheeses with Additives" the cheese maker from Kostroma Region was marked out also...
