City Court of the Moskovka settlement cancelled the decision of district electoral commission on refusal in registration of the member of Russian United Democratic Party "Yabloko" Sergey Mitrokhin as the candidate Moscow City Duma and decided to register it the candidate, reports information agency "RIA Novosti".
