Microsoft COR blocks the May Windows 2019 updating on Surface Book 2 laptops

Microsoft COR blocked possibility of installation of the last large update Windows 10 (May, 2019, version 1903) on the Surface Book 2 laptops. By words companies, the problem of compatibility causes failures in some appendices and the games using the graphic Nvidia processor after updating installation.
