Unauthorized occupation of land plots and their use without necessary documents is most widespread. As reported to a portal of daily business newspaper "RBK daily" Vologda Region in regional Federal Registration Service, the main reason of such phenomenon is covered in defiance of procedure of granting and controls uses of land plots, allowed in the nineties last century.
