State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation removes Fund of share constructions from under Federal law of the Russian Federation of 21 July 2005 No. 94-FZ "‘On Placement of Orders for Procurement of Goods, Works and Services for State and Municipal Needs"

The mechanism will allow the bankrupt company to receive financing without involvement of the new builder. The fund of share constructions will create the list of competitive managing directors of DDU concerning the rooms which have not been given to operation. The fund will receive means in the form of a subsidy federal budgets. State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation adopted the bill which will allow to remove Fund of share constructions from under Federal law of the Russian Federation of 21 July 2005 No. 94-FZ "‘On Placement of Orders for Procurement of Goods, Works and Services for State and Municipal Needs" at completion of problem objects of constructions in the first reading...
