Society: When Russian Federation will pass to four-day working week

Technological progress inevitably reduces working hours therefore the world economy in the future will pass to four-day working week. It was declared by the prime minister Dmitry Medvedev. To Russian Federation recognize that such reform will demand serious changes in the labor legislation. How life of Russians in case of reduction of number of the working days and in what pluses and minuses of such changes will change?
