Preliminary cause of the fire in an apartment house in Novotroitsk - an arson

Last night on the panel of the person on duty the message on a fire in Novotroitsk on Gubin Street 16 arrived. As reported in GU regional Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergency Situations and the Relief of Natural Disasters, forces and means of rescue and fire fighting part, and also service of life support of the city worked at a place of a fire. Experts quickly enough managed to find open burning - from windows of the first floor brought down a smoke. From the 2nd floor it was succeeded to rescue safely four people.
