For participants of government purchases can set additional restrictions

The government suggests not to allow to purchases persons who evaded from payment of the personal income tax and insurance premiums. It is not excluded that changes will manage to bring in the Law N Law "About Contract System in the Sphere of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs" have to prepare the project with amendments till May 20. Means, it can present to State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation before the end of spring session...
