Public joint-stock company "Sberbank Russia" and Rambler Group signed legally binding documents according to which bank invests in development companies, receiving instead of 46,5% of its actions, participants of the transaction reported in the joint statement. After transaction end the share Public joint-stock company "Sberbank Russia" in Rambler Group will make 46,5%, shares of shareholders Rambler Group – A%26NN and Era Capital – 46,5% and 7% respectively, transfers information agency "ITAR-TASS".
