on September 13. - Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance import of all livestock production from Kazakhstan can forbid website "News agency Finmarket" "Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance considers it expedient to inform interested persons on possible introduction of restrictions on deliveries livestock production from Kazakhstan to Russian Federation since October 1, 2018", - the press secretary of service Julia Melano told to journalists.

This measure is connected with that the Kazakhstan competent department does not provide full traceability of processes of productions and deliveries of livestock production to Russian Federation, she specified.

As explained Julia Melano, now the Kazakhstan livestock production arrives accompanied by documents which do not allow to define precisely a place of an origin of raw materials and often a place of productions finished goods. Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance carried out analysis existing risks and came to a conclusion that in the absence of authentic and full data that livestock production is developed in Kazakhstan, cases as re-export in Russian Federation "sanctions" products, and false transit across the territory Russian Federation are probable.

"Thus, on the territory Russian Federation is imported the Kazakhstan livestock production, including an unspecified origin that represents risks for health of the Russian consumers and epizootic wellbeing of the country", - declared Julia Melano.

the Representative of Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance also noted that after accession Kazakhstan to WTO in 2015 the Kazakhstan party assumed obligations to organize data transmission about traceability of livestock production in the relevant national information systems member states Eurasian Economic Union.

Competent departments Russian Federation and Kazakhstan agreed on plan schedule on integration the Uniform automated system of managements agrarian and industrial complex Kazakhstan (EASU agrarian and industrial complex) and the Russian system of FGIS "Vetis". At the initiative of Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance in July, 2017 terms and stages of its realization were corrected. However Kazakhstan these terms does not observe Kazakhstan without explanation.

"Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance analysed EASU agrarian and industrial complex regarding ensuring traceability of deliveries of livestock production. Analysis showed that the veterinary certificates issued on finished livestock goods, do not contain references to raw materials and materials which were used at its production. Thus, to define an origin delivered of Kazakhstan it becomes impossible for livestock production", - emphasized Julia Melano.

thus she reported that Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance in June took measures for acceleration integration information systems two countries, presented examples successful integration with systems of other countries - in particular, New Zealand and Netherlands. However the Committee of veterinary controls and supervision Ministry Selskoye farms of Republic of Kazakhstan did not undertake so far any actions for realization plans schedules.

"Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance addressed in Ministry Selskoye farms of Republic of Kazakhstan with the requirement to accelerate work on integration information systems. In case the Kazakhstan party does not take the appropriate measures, Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance will be compelled to enter restrictions on deliveries of livestock production from the Kazakhstan enterprises", - concluded Julia Melano.
