Competition on the prize of the mayor organized by Department of Culture of the city of Moscow, this year takes place for the second time. The indispensable condition for participants — action of movies has to be developed in modern Moscow.
this year applications for participation in competition were accepted byfrom January 22 to April 30. Founders of feature and short films, animated pictures, the TV series which action is developed in the modern capital could give them. In total 39 demands were left, however six movies did not allow to participation because of discrepancy to conditions. Pictures were not shown on television, at movie theaters or at city and international competitions for the last five years, and also had no the rolling certificate issued after January 22, 2013.
"Night of cinema" carry out in the cities Russian Federation since 2016. Within an action in movie theaters, libraries, the museums pass thematic actions: lectures on cinema history, concerts with popular songs from movies and film screenings.
