on construction highways which will connect villages Shelayevo and Mirnyi to Chermanchet's settlement in Tayshet district. As the press service of Government of Irkutsk region reported on July 20, this year is planned to sign contract on the first stage of construction.

that in 2019 from federal budgets for road will allocate 100,1 million rubles, 199,2 million more rubles will be allocated from regional budgets. In 2020 the federation will give 166,6 million rubles, and the region – 650,9 million rubles. The budget cost of roads makes 1 billion 116,9 million rubles.

Now in Tayshet district works soil it is expensive on which most often go in the winter and to dry time in the summer, and during a spring and autumn impassability of roads inhabitants of Shelayevsky, Mirninsky, Tamtachetsky, Polinchetsky, Novobiryusinsky municipalities are compelled to reach to Tayshet only railway transport with change at Reshota's station.

B Ministry Selskoye farms Irkutsk region noted that in the territory adjoining to road Tayshet – with Shitkino – Shelayevo, two investment projects on development grain and livestock productions work. Therefore financing will take place constructions of the road within the State program of developments agriculture and regulation of the markets of agricultural production, raw materials and the food for 2013-2020.

Because works will be carried out in difficult conditions, construction breakdown on three stages is provided. As a result the extent of regional and intermunicipal roads Irkutsk Region, meeting the standard requirements, will increase by 17,826 km.
