of At least 50 thousand inhabitants Warsaw suffered as a result of return to legitimate owners or their representatives of the real estate nationalized in 1945. Such figures bring in the commission which is engaged in investigation of circumstances Warsaw "wild reprivatization" buildings together with residents.
we Will remind

that post-war nationalization of the earth in Warsaw was a measure compelled. After the revolt which have terminated in defeat against Hitlerite invaders in August, 1944 the Polish capital lay in ruins. The director of the museum of the Warsaw revolt in interview of website "Rossiyskaya gazeta" told: from Warsaw there were about 30 percent of buildings. Reconstruction of the city seemed impracticable, and after war of the power of the Polish national republic seriously discussed opportunity forever to leave the city in such look - as an anti-war monument for future generations. And the capital, according to the Polish information portal of Culture.pl, suggested to transfer to Lodz where the most part of pre-war building remained. But after release Warsaw the Soviet and Polish armies in January, 1945, there started being flown down the people who have remained homeless. To Varshavyana came back to ruins of the houses and independently were accepted to construction.

as a result the State Council adopted the resolution on city restoration. But grounds, as well as at houses which stood on them before war, had owners. To find all those whom war scattered worldwide, it was not represented possible. Then, to carry out so large-scale project as restoration of the whole city, the chairman of PNR Berut Zigmunt signed the decree about nationalization of lands in pre-war borders Warsaw. It was supposed that to owners will pay compensations, but these promises remained on paper. Thus, the decree Berut Zigmunt paved the way for future judicial claims from pre-war owners and their successors. In 1989 in the country process of return of real estate to owners which today in Poland call "wild reprivatization" began. And to this day the authorities have no definite answer on questions, a coma and how to return the nationalized real estate though attempts to settle this question adoption of regulations were made in parliament for these years about 20 times. Last year "the small reprivatization law" which enters restrictions on return of lands on which after war kindergartens were constructed, for example, schools and hospitals was adopted, parks are broken. But the most important question remains unresolved. This question - destinies of people whom new owners receive together with the buildings standing on their earth.

C of 1989 the real estate which give to owners in Warsaw, haunts fans of an easy money. Enterprising lawyers and businessmen find pre-war owners of real estate, redeem from them the right for claims for property - often for kopeks then "return" of this property by it achieve. Having received in the order such house, they start "surviving" residents. The most striking example about which writes the Polish Newsweek, the former antiquary Mossakovsky Marek, bought for twenty dollars of the right for claims for the building in the downtown - on Hozha Street and the given claim to the city on 5 million zloties of compensation for many years building uses. It entered possession of the house, raised to inhabitants a rent so that they were not able to pay, disconnected gas, water and electricity. Mossakovsky Marek gained wide popularity when in 2011 in the city Kabatsky wood the scorched remains of the leader of movement of the inhabitants driven to despair - pensioners Bzheskaya Iolanta were found. Bzheskaya Iolanta lived in one more building which was seized at the state by the former antiquary. However the murderer still is not found, facts of the case are not opened.

in recent years court even more often supports inhabitants of such houses, but the reason of it is big-time politics. The mayor Warsaw since 2006 Hannah Gronkevich-Valts whom political opponents accuse of the inattentive and irresponsible relation to reprivatization of separate grounds and houses. She is the second person in "Civic Platform" Party, being in power in Poland from 2007 to 2015. Now, when the main political opponents of "Platform" came to the power from "Law and Justice" Party, reprivatization and participation of the city hall in it became a subject of separate investigation in which the special commission created in June of the current year is engaged. Meanwhile to light there are all new details, such as house "return" in the center Warsaw to the owner who has died in 1949. The representative of the owner did not hide that 1883 year of birth works for and on behalf of Pavlyak Joseph, but it did not cause suspicions neither in officials, nor in court. The other day the chairman of the verification commission Patrick Yaki declared that some addresses have to be returned to the city for what the appeal to prosecutor's office is planned. For the last year within this business by the Polish anti-corruption bureau eight people among whom were as well officials of the Warsaw city hall were detained. But it - only the history beginning with reprivatization during which as one of members of the verification commission Jan Mosinsky declared the other day, at least 50 thousand inhabitants Warsaw suffered.
