Questions of improvement of the square discussed at meeting of the deputy Sekretarya of regional office of "United Russia" Party, the vice speaker of a regional council Vdovin Mikhail with group of experts and public men. At meeting the question of lack of a platform for carrying out mass actions in the square territory was brought up.
"Now there is a problem of search of places for carrying out bright representations of historical reconstruction of events of different times. Therefore there is an offer to organize and arrange well such platform on a lawn at Orlik, in the bottom of the square "Noble nest", - the head of the historical and cultural center "Tradition" Valery Panov, known as the event manager, connected with historical reconstruction addressed to present.
Earlier, in this place already spent literary Turgenev holidays. As deputies noted, organizers and the audience really highly appreciated possibilities of the territory - a natural amphitheater round a lawn at the river which easily and organically turns into a platform for the dramatized representations.
the Idea stated by Valery Panov, unconditionally were supported by all experts present at meeting and public men, having added a picture with the vision of a question, and representatives of higher education institutions expressed intention to be engaged in development of outline sketches of improvement.
Following the results of a meeting made the decision to gather once again at the beginning of October to discuss specific proposals of improvement of the square.
