The RAEX rating agency ("Expert RA") confirmed a rating of quality of services of the agent on maintenance of mortgage mortgages "Kursk regional mortgage agency" at level "A" "High level of quality of services" and withdrew it in connection with refusal of the company of rating maintenance. Let's remind that JSC Kursk Regional Mortgage Agency carries out delivery and maintenance, refinancing of mortgage loans, examination of mortgages, and also investment and construction activity in the territory of Kursk region. The owner of the company is the committee on management of property of Kursk region. As of 01.01.16 on maintenance the company had 1023 mortgage mortgages for total amount of 732.5 million rubles
