In Moscow in the territory of the Center of design of ARTPLAY till May 12 passes a festival of the drawn stories of Kommissiya. All main actions will be concentrated in the Central halls (a building 2, an entrance And), Small (a building 7, an entrance And) and Laboratory (a building 3, an entrance And). In 2015 part in the program of a festival will be taken by foreign delegations from China, France, United Kingdom, Sweden, Finland, Germany and Switzerland. The main guest – a komiksist Bolland Brian, working together with Moore Alan over images of Batman and the Joker.
