Institute developments JSC "TekhnoTEK" (IRTTEK) understood why the solar power develops more slowly, than much would like. As expected, by 2023 the rated capacity of photo-electric installations around the world will exceed 1 terawatt, and by 2050 will reach 100 TVT. However for achievement of these ambitious purposes the speed of developments technologies too has to grow.
